Photor.ai provides AI-powered image and video generation and editing services. This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the permitted and prohibited uses of our platform. By using Photor.ai, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2. Prohibited Content — NSFW and Sexually Explicit Material

Our platform explicitly prohibits the creation, upload, or distribution of NSFW (Not Safe For Work) and sexually explicit content. You may not use Photor.ai to:

• Generate, request, or create NSFW content — including any image or video that is pornographic, sexually explicit, or intended for sexual arousal
• Generate, request, or create sexually explicit content — including nudity intended for sexual purposes, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive content involving minors or adults
• Upload input images or use prompts designed to produce such content
• Use generated outputs for any pornographic or sexually explicit purpose

We implement content moderation and filters to prevent the generation of NSFW and sexually explicit outputs. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or block any content or account that violates this policy. Repeated or serious violations will result in permanent account termination.

3. Other Prohibited Uses

In addition to the above, you agree not to:

• Upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or that invades privacy
• Create content that exploits, harms, or endangers minors in any way
• Impersonate others or entities, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload files containing viruses, malware, or that could damage our systems
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
• Use the service in violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the platform

4. Permitted Use

Photor.ai is intended for lawful, creative, and professional use—including art, design, marketing, education, and personal projects. You must ensure that your inputs and use of generated content comply with this AUP and our Terms of Service.

5. Enforcement and Contact
